I see this number ALL the time. It was my apartment number and employee number, so it finally got my attention. Now I see it everywhere, all the time....?

I don't see 211. But I do see other numbers that are significant to me. For example my date of birth. I have come to the understanding that when I see them it is time for me to look at what is going on around me, some thing important is happening and this alerts me to pay attention, to think about my decision.
