ELEVEN and the World Trade Center/Pentagon Tragedies

On Tuesday, September 11, 2001, I was as shocked as the rest of the world over the events surrounding the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon Building.

However, at the time, I was also struck by the coincidence that the first airplane to strike the World Trade Center was American Airlines Flight #11. Perhaps the similarity between date and the flight number caused the number 11 to stick in my head. As an admirer of coincidences, I decided to investigate further. What I found was that there is an eerie association between these events and the numbers "9" and "11."

The date itself was the first coincidence. If you add 9 (for the month of September) and 11 (the date)...i.e. 9+1+1..., you once again come up with the number 11. I also found it interesting that September 11th was the 254th day of the year 2001. If you add the digits of 2+4+5, you come up with the number 11. Furthermore, there were 111 days remaining in 2001 after the 11th of September.

And, of course, there was the World Trade Center itself . . . having 110 floors in each of the two twin towers. Building 7 of the World Trade Center, which was the third building to collapse, has 47 stories. Add the digits 4+ 7 and you get the number 11.

Then, I turned my attention to the Pentagon . . . the terrorists' second target.

I was very surprised to learn that the groundbreaking ceremony for the Pentagon had also taken place on a prior September 11th . . . in 1941.

I found it curious that the telephone area code for the Pentagon is 1 (703). If you add these digits together, they also equal 11. Just out of curiosity, I checked the zip code for the Pentagon. As you can imagine, there are many zip codes within that one building. However, the main zip code is 20301-1400. Add up these digits and you come up with the number 11.

Now, I'm not really into conspiracy theories (I've never even seen a single episode of "The X-Files"), numerology, or any other such nonsense. I just think that the coincidences are interesting. Then again, if the Pentagon casualties go up to 191, I may start to get a bit more nervous! Let me know if you come up with any other coincidences like these!

For all of you really-devoted fans of the number 11, consider this: 111,111,111 x 111,111,111 = 12,345,678,987,654,321 (that's 9 ones x 9 ones, for those who didn't catch the association).

Hi, this is interesting. However, one of your 11's is actually a 10. The Pentagon's area code (703) adds up to 10 which is one and one relates to new beginnings.

So the end of one era, the patriarchal era heralds in the new era, the age of the feminine revisited.

If you look around you, you will notice that structures are crumblings, nothing is the same as it used to be even though many individuals are in deep denial trying to live their lives the same old way. The old paradigm is dead and those waking up are struggling to find a new way of being. Therefore, we are experiencing much chaos but also a certain energetic flow in which we don't quite understand yet.

My birth number 29 breaks down to 11. I had read that "11" or "29" people often put their trust in the wrong people or situations, are often burned until the day that they forgive and then obstacles are finally removed. This rings true for me as an individual, but also could ring true for humanity. What would happen if we participated in a mass forgiveness and started anew?

11 could be a positive number if we learn it's important lesson of forgiveness.

Besides all those you mentioned, the Twin Towers were known as the "big eleven". Rt 110 goes right by the Pentagon. There were 92 crew and passengers on flight 11.One firehouse reported losing 11 firefighters. There are 11 letters in 'New York City, Yhe Pentagon, Afghanistan.
