Is 23 a master number?

This is wild!! I don't know if 23 is a master number but the first post I read when I checked new posts for the first time in weeks was yours and yesterday I was speaking to my sister-in-law who sees the numbers 23 often. Synchronicity rules!! It was suggested that the numbers 23 are seen by her because her daughter was born on the 2nd of the 3rd month. Perhaps these numbers relate to someone you know.
